Anita's cousin Debbie started this quilt. After the demands of a career and three children she asked Anita if she wanted to take over the project. Anita said she would. Debbie and family came over from Fresno and she brought all the material with her. This is Anita's first quilt project. Between the two of us (me researching, she doing) Anita figured out the layout for construction of the blocks around the center and the flower baskets. As the project progressed she kept looking at it until she finally decided, "I can make this big enough for a king bed size quilt. Well, there it is.
